Continuous Improvement Engineer Job at Tex Tech Industries
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will assess, monitor, and enhance performance for our manufacturing facility. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will collect data and analyze current practices to develop process improvements to implement changes in workflows, structures, and manufacturing processes to ensure improved and continuous improvement in Tex Tech's performance. Participates in overall product strategy development and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products. Will train, mentor and guide personnel in new processes. A bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Industrial, Technical, Manufacturing, Mechanical or other relevant field is a must. A background in product development/manufacturing process is a plus. Should be familiar with or have experience with Six Sigma and Kaizen methodology.
