Construction Supervisor Job at AMP Architecture PLLC
Minimum Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Residential Construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Emailing, and general use of a computer.
- Ability to conduct meetings with subcontractors on-site to discuss scope of work.
- Ability to verify subcontractor work matches approved construction documents.
- Ability to verify proper site safety protocols are being maintained.
- Ability to verify construction order materials type and quantity.
- Ability to maintain construction scheduled provide by Project Manager
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- OSHA 10 Certification (Willing to provide class for qualified applicants missing this requirement)
- Valid Driver's License
- Highschool Diploma
A company work truck will be provided for travel to job sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
