Candidates shall be primarily responsible for the overall coordination of the project field activities including laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Candidates shall also be responsible for maintaining the job site in a safe manner and that it shall be compliant with all safety regulations. Finally, candidates will work closely with the Project Management Team in the development and maintenance of the project schedule and support the Project Management Team with the submission of daily field reports outlining all activity on the site daily.

Specific Duties of a Titan Field Superintendent:

* Open job site and be present at site during all hours which work is being performed.

* Submission of Daily Field Reports outlining all activities including any recommendations to the Project Management Team on required manpower.

* Provide feedback on the Project Schedule to the Project Management Team and make recommendations on how to correct any potential delays.

* Maintain the job site office.

* Maintain up to date construction documents at the job site to be available to reference for themselves, Project Management Team, and any Subcontractors as necessary.

* Conduct weekly meetings with Subcontractors to go over schedule and safety issues that may arise.

* Coordination of the various Subcontractors on the project to avoid any potential conflicts in the execution of their work.

* Support the Project Management Team in the evaluation of work completed by the Subcontractors.

* Development of a running punch list as to avoid a lengthy punch list at the conclusion of the project.

* Maintain Quality Assurance.

* Management of General Conditions on the site including all laborers and all field operation expenses.

* Remove any individual from the site that impedes the project progress, any safety procedures, in conflict with the objectives of the project, or if believed to be impaired by alcohol or drugs.

Requirements: As Titan's current projects are new out of the ground construction we are looking for candidates experienced in the supervising of new mid-rise residential buildings (specifically condominiums).

Other requirements include:

* 4 Year degree or equivalent in engineering or architecture (preferred)

* Minimum of 5 years of supervision performing work similar to Titan’s

* Knowledge of industry standard construction means, methods, and safety

* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Project.

* Safety requirements with Certification preferred.
