Responsibilities:
A Bit About the Role
- Overseeing all subcontractors on construction site
- Maintaining project schedules
- Working with inspectors and officials on site
- Working with Project Managers on all aspects of the construction project
- Other tasks as assigned
A Bit About You
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- Knowledge of concrete, siding, roofing, and framing
- Great communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Possess a professional, positive, can-do attitude
