Construction Superintendent Job at Everton Homes
$100,000 - $125,000 a year
Everton Homes, a custom homebuilder in Bellevue and Kirkland area, is looking for an experienced superintendent to supervise the construction of our modern luxury homes.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand the blueprints, consult with architect, designer and engineers as needed to make sure the house is built per the spec
- Perform detailed QC at each phase of construction
- Participate in all jurisdictional inspections and obtaining approvals
- Daily site attendance to ensure the work is done safely and adheres to the high quality standards of our company
- Maintaining the work site in clean and orderly manner
- Some hands on work around the site is occasionally necessary
- Collect bids, schedule subs, coordinate material orders
- Be on-call including off-hours to resolve any urgent questions
Required experience and qualifications
- Proven track record as a construction superintended is a must.
- Min 4-5 years of experience as superintendent is required
- General knowledge of building codes
- Earlier career experience in various construction trades is a big plus
