Overview:
Universal Engineering Sciences (UES) has an opening in our Construction Services Department. UES is a nationwide leader in Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection, Building Code Compliance, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Building Envelope.
We are looking for a person who has a team player mentality and great attention to detail. Someone who can work independently and prioritize, organize and pragmatically complete required tasks would be successful in this role.
This position is a key and vital part of the UES Team! Your day as the Lab Administrative Assistant for the Construction Services Department Lab at UES will be challenging and rewarding.

Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry for our CSD Lab
- Preparation and entry of Lab Reports
- Prepare reports in Excel
- Ability to take on various administrative tasks such as reports, copying, filing, data entry, etc.
- Assist Lab Manager with the department's needs
- Clear communication with clients and coworkers regarding project details and expectations
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Great organizational skills
- Detailed oriented
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in A/E/C firm
- Experience with Deltek Vision
- Experience with SAP Concur
