We are seeking a skilled and experienced Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team at Welch Epoxy Floors. As an Epoxy Floor Installer, you will be responsible for installing and finishing epoxy flooring and polished concrete surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for installation, including cleaning, repairing, and leveling as necessary.
• Install and finish epoxy flooring and polished concrete surfaces using specialized tools and equipment.
• Mix and apply epoxy and other flooring materials according to manufacturer instructions.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Follow established project plans and timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure that project goals are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of concrete preparation, mixing, and application techniques.
• Proficiency in the use of specialized tools and equipment, including grinders, polishers, and trowels.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
