As the Concrete Foreman, you will lead our efforts to build the Concrete team.
The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for building a concrete division from the ground up. This team will be responsible for concrete slabs, footings, blocks, brick, structural concrete, and gypsum concrete (gypcrete). As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and providing leadership to the concrete crew.

Responsibilities
- Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team
- Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
- Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
- Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards
- Direct activities concerned with the production
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees
- Ensure all job reports, and documents are submitted correctly and on time
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concrete Foreman (or equivalent)
- 10 years experience in concrete slabs, footings, and block work
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and proven leadership skills
- The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Must have a good understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading
Preferred Skills
- Experience in brick siding
- Experience in post-tension concrete floors
- Experience in pouring gypcrete

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
