RIGBY’S WATER WORLD POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position: Waterpark Concessions Team Member

Classification: Part-Time Hourly

Supervisor: Waterpark Concessions Manager

Pay Range: $9.00/$9.50

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Waterpark Concessions Manager, the Concessions Team Member is responsible for providing Waterpark guests with prompt, efficient, courteous service at Rigby’s Water World Concession Stands. The person in this position takes and fulfills guest’s orders, processes payments, and performs general stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation tasks.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES & DUTIES

The following duties and responsibilities are normal for this position; they are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive:

Ø Packages all food and beverage products according to regulations.

Ø Assists in stocking all concessions locations as needed.

Ø Operates the POS system and completes food and beverage orders as needed.

Ø Maintains clean work area during shifts.

Ø Understands and practices all food safety and sanitation guidelines as outlined by the Health Department and Rigby’s Water World.

Ø Understands and always follows Rigby’s Water World operating policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ø Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ø Prior experience in customer service highly preferred.

Ø Ability to focus on and accomplish multiple tasks at one time.

Ø Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Ø Ability to have a flexible work schedule.

Work is performed primarily in an outdoor setting.
