Concession Cashier
We are seeking a Cashier/Customer Service to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s License or State ID
- Background check required
- Drug Testing required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Great Customer Service and Communication skills
- Operating Point of Sale System, onsite training available
- Cash Handling, onsite training available
- Preparing food and beverage items
- Stocking product in proper stands
- Cleaning stand (Sweeping, Taking out trash, Restocking products, ect.)
- Maintain High Quality Standards
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Job Type: Part-time $13.00
