Giving Home Health Care is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team!
Background: Giving Home Health Care is a rapidly growing company focused on providing in-home health services for individuals who have worked in the U.S. Nuclear industry.
Every position in our operation is critical and vital to the success of our operation and the well-being of those we serve.
We are expanding our staff to better serve our growing needs and we're looking for a new team member who:
- Has strong communication skills, is organized, and well-disciplined
- Displays a warm and friendly attitude
- Has excellent reading, writing, and computer skills
- Can quickly learn and use various computer programs and applications
- Understands and has been involved with maintaining confidentiality and compliance enforcement
Our Compliance Specialist is involved in various daily activities including:
- Managing and storing physical and electronic documents for patients and contractors
- Tracking certifications and training documents using programs such as Microsoft Office, Xcel, and SharePoint
- Collecting and maintaining state-required clinical and non-clinical documentation.
- General office tasks as needed.
Job Requirements: This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining warm relations and dealing with multiple levels of health care workers.

Education and Training Requirements: Associate degree in relevant field OR have relevant job experience and knowledge base.
