This position will coordinate and process Aircraft records, logbooks, FAA forms, work order books, inventory loose equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibilities of this position include the following:

  • Prepare aircraft records and logs for work done in the repair station

  • Prepare work order books

  • Provide post-delivery support to customers

  • Review and update aircraft status reports

  • Prepare FAA forms

  • Scan aircraft records into repair station record retention files

  • Coordinate with other Bell sites on aircraft record discrepancies

  • Coordinate with other departments on alterations

  • Other office duties as required


Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Position Requirements:

  • 1+ years' of experience in the QC office, hands on experience aircraft records and logs, office/clerical related experience required

Skills/Certifications:

  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe.

  • Must be detail oriented team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent multitasking skills is required


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree,

  • Previous aircraft records experience, aviation, or FAA exposure a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to sit and/or stand 9 hours per day as required

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., or team lift up to 50 lbs.
