Rawa Law Group represent injured workers and as an “Applicant Workers’ Compensation Firm and is in need of a Case manager with at least 5 years experience of working on Applicant cases. We are looking for someone who can immediately assist with overseeing a large caseload, handle filing and medical work up for our injured clients.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a busy applicant Law firm.

We are looking for a case managers, people that know how to manage a clients case from A-Z

Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have Law Firm experience doing case managing and handling A to Z for injured employees in an applicant law firm.

Applicant MUST be fluent in Spanish. Please do not apply if you are not fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

We are not looking for people who have done work as a lien negotiator or lien settlements.

The applicant should have experience in the following categories:

• Be familiar with filing, reviewing and preparing Workers’ Compensation documents
• Must be familiar with EAMS
• Familiar in Workers Comp legal terminology
• Excellent grammar and communication skills
• Must be able to identify and resolve pending issues on cases
• Able to schedule depositions and cross examinations of doctors/experts
• Prepare physical files for hearings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must have a strong work ethic and have a professional and positive attitude
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Must be reliable & punctual
• Familiar with case management paperless solutions and computer office software
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be organized, hardworking and a team player
