Position Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Department: Community Work Study – 1510 Laurel Ave W, Minneapolis
Approximate Hours per Week: 17 - 20
Wage: $15.00/hour

Jeremiah Program is a national organization with a mission to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time. When a mother invests simultaneously in her personal and professional goals and the education of her children, she can re-author her family's outcomes and act as a change agent within her community. We know this because we see the proof points every day in our classrooms and on our campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting residents, guests, and vendors, and making sure they complete the sign in
process. - Receiving mail and packages.
- Help staff with projects when requested.
- Help with event preparations.
- Maintaining the appearance of the front desk.
Willing to undergo a volunteer background check.- Must work well with others and have good oral communication skills.
- Patience and passion for serving our families.
- Some lifting may be requiring.
Typical work Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
