You will drive viable referrals and admissions for California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM). CalAIM is committed to transforming and strengthening Medi-Cal, offering Californians a more equitable, coordinated, and person-centered approach to maximizing their health and life trajectory. This is a fully remote position spending 50% of your time in the field. The territory ranges form Bakersfield to Fresno.

THE ROLE:
You will drive viable referrals and admissions for California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM). CalAIM is committed to transforming and strengthening Medi-Cal, offering Californians a more equitable, coordinated, and person-centered approach to maximizing their health and life trajectory. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manage referral source accounts for CalAIM service line
- Conduct in-service and educational presentations to case managers and community partners to drive service knowledge and value
- Conduct educational meetings and webinars directly to the community
- Drive value message and understanding of our service lines in assigned territory
- Promote value-based messaging for 24 Hour Home Care service lines
- Actively partner with Marketing team to create materials and messaging to help guide targeted outreach strategy
- Participate in philanthropy events on behalf of the company
- Acts as subject matter expert for value and how to access all company service lines to cross-sell services based on individual needs for shared accounts

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 1+ year of community outreach experience
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Proven record of functioning as a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Effective verbal and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication
- Experience in building and expanding partnerships with various organizations
- Must have an acceptable driving record in alignment with our Transportation Policy & Guidelines and an active driver’s license, where employee resides.
- Upon hire, must provide proof of active car insurance and sign Transportation Acknowledgement, attesting vehicle insurance requirements are met.
