If you enjoy meeting new people, going to local events and sharing information about which you are passionate, the Community Outreach and Engagement Rep position is the opportunity for you! At the events you will represent the law firms AlderLaw and Z.A. Lawyers and educate the community about the services we provide. You will work alone or in a group of two to transport merchandise, set up, attend, and break down an event.
Role and Responsibilities
- Engage with individuals at events to share information about our legal services.
- Encourage event attendees to play a game, enter a raffle, pick up branded materials, or otherwise interact with the booth or the social media pages.
- Take down case leads and submit an excel spreadsheet to the Marketing/Business Development Department.
- Report to staff about the effectiveness of the event and any other information needed for attendance at the event in subsequent dates.
- Transporting booth and tabling materials as needed
Qualifications
- Outgoing & engaging
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to carry up to 30lbs of materials with assistance of a dolly
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Hours
Variable; events happen throughout the year, and each event has a different location and time range. Most months have at least one potential tabling event. Must have weekend availability.
