The Community Manager will deliver an AWESOME experience to our members. We are seeking someone with exceptional Customer Service skills, a passion for helping others, problem solving, and who values being the go-to team member for our online communities. We’re looking for support of and engagement with our communities by a strategic thinker who stays aware and ahead of the needs of our paid programs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer support questions via email, chat, or social media to get customers the information they need
- Build our knowledge base with frequently asked questions to more efficiently respond to customer concerns, and provide a valuable resource to them as the company grows
- Draft/edit/send email reminders and announcements to members
- Engage with our community in free and paid Facebook groups to help increase overall brand loyalty
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Handle cancellation requests and process payments
- Assist in scheduling online events
- Obtain and document client testimonials to support marketing efforts
- Offer basic technical support to members, including site access and walk-throughs
- Build a strong customer following via social media pages and groups
- Serve as the liaison for webinars, summits, guest blogging, and podcast opportunities
- Serve as the affiliate and JV manager for external affiliate programs
- Communicate our program expectations to new members
- Answer member questions
- Develop internal systems and processes
