Gainwell Employee Communications is seeking a talented communications professional to join our team. We are passionate storytellers who believe employee engagement drives business results. The Communications Manager will report directly to the Senior Director, Employee Communications. This position will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to design, develop and manage internal communications that engage, inspire and motivate employees.
Your role in our mission
Develops and executes internal communications strategies- Researches, writes and edits compelling content for employee communications channels, including the company's intranet and other digital media
- Collaborates with senior leaders and subject matter experts throughout the organization to develop communications
- Collaborates with Communications team members to drive message consistency
- Works with creative staff to ensure videos, graphics and other mediums achieve the desired communications effect
- Measures communications activity effectiveness
- Communicates complex issues in a clear and understandable manner
- Meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders
What we're looking for
Demonstrates exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills- Presents and communicates ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to internal audiences through relationship building and strong presence
- Presents creative communication approaches to business challenges
- Bachelor’s degree required, Major in English, Communications, Journalism or Marketing preferred
- 8+ years related experience preferably in a healthcare environment, demonstrated leadership capabilities
