Commissioned Sales Reps

The company is searching for (2) two dependable and trustworthy sales representatives in the Williamsport, PA and/or Altoona, PA areas. The sales reps will be responsible for uncovering and growing new opportunities for the company within a 50-100 mile radius of our distribution centers located in Duncansville, PA and/or Williamsport, PA.

Qualifications:

In order to qualify and fit into our company you must be a "people person" focused on offering quality customer care and service. You should be willing to build long lasting business and personal relationships with customers. Previous sales experience is not required but it is to your advantage. Clear communication is vital. Phone, face to face and written communication skills are required. Basic computer skills are important for communicating with customers via email, logging sales calls into the company database and preparing sales presentations, documents and quotes for customers.

In addition you must be highly ethical and maintain high moral conduct. Important traits we look for are: honesty, reliability and dependability. You must also be open to new opportunities in a changing and fast paced environment. Each candidate will be challenged to meet quarterly sales goals for a one year trail period. After the initial year, the company will review your salary potential based on sales in your territory for that period of time.

You will be expected to provide your own vehicle and sales tools. Monthy expenses and reimbursement will be discussed with "final" candidates.
