Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Commercial Products Analyst performs a variety of duties to include various data and statistical analysis, administrative and customer service plan marketing activities for Denver Health Medical Plan’s (DHMP) Large Group segment. Prepares monthly reports including enrollment trends and profitability. The individual will have direct oversight of plan enrollment activities supporting the manager, and broker teams with member events as assigned. This position requires development and maintenance of the commercial large group segment within the business.

Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
2. Three years of related commercial health plan experience required.
3. Five years of related commercial health plan experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Ability to recognize, document and initiate process improvement efforts as it is related to enrollment and process and procedure evaluation in order to improve departmental efforts.
2. Demonstrates a strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
3. Working knowledge of the Colorado Medicaid System.
4. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
5. Ability to think analytically, problem solve, and perform with a high level of accuracy.
6. Ability to prioritize work activities with minimal supervision in a team setting.
7. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Computers and Technology
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
2. Working knowledge of QNXT.

Salary:

$58,900.00 - $85,500.00/yr
