Commercial Lines Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

A successful candidate will:

• Assist with the personal and commercial lines departments
• Provide a high level of customer while helping maintain a book of business.
• Will be responsible for servicing, (processing changes, providing proof of insurance, etc...)
• Assist with the collection of premiums and reconciliation of accounts as needed.
• Retain renewal business by contacting insured to review coverages.
• Review current underwriting information to qualify customers for improved programs and monitor renewal premiums for excessive increases.
• Assist Operation Manager with monthly reports, as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Current P&C license or a willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational, & computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-player attitude
• Possess a strong sales acumen
