Our client is a well established landscape company with years of providing commercial landscape maintenance services for the Gwinnett County market. They plan to hire an experienced Branch Manager who can manage and grow the entire operation which includes landscape maintenance, landscape enhancements and irrigation services.

In total, the branch generates approximately $4mm in total revenue and management believes that with the right leadership, this branch can grow significantly.

The BM will be responsible for the entire P&L of the Branch. They will be in charge of building teams/crews, set weekly/monthly goals, train and enforce policies and procedures, establish and monitor budgets, drive profitability and margin expansion, manage vendor relations, drive revenue growth, establish cost controls and will improve overall client satisfaction and retention.

This branch has 2 Account Managers and several Ops Managers and it is important to develop a culture of accountability, open communication and team work.

They will manage scheduling, routing, estimating, cost controls, account management and other functions of the branch. Utilizing their software will help to create greater consistency, visibility and accountability and should enable the BM to spot trends early to be addressed.

The ability to train employees on safety protocols, proper usage of equipment, proper maintenance of equipment, documentation, account management and sales is very important.

This position pays a base salary ranging from $105k- 115k with variable bonus based on hitting specific KPI’s . The benefit package also includes PTO, a take home vehicle, health insurance, cell phone, laptop and additional perks.
