We are looking for a Jr. Project Manager/Project Manager to work onsite in OKC at our awesome office!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of projects that cross one or more business lines by developing and inspiring team members to achieve project objectives.
- Obtain the appropriate licenses, permissions, and legal requirements
- Understanding of various insurance programs and regulations, such as bonding and builders risk etc.
- Determines the needs of the project, manages client satisfaction, and takes fast action to address issues and concerns during meetings with owners, design professionals, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Commercial Construction
- Lean Construction principles
- Sage or Timberline software, or other PM Software
- Experience supporting Sr. PMs
