RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine and repair damaged parts
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to body shop estimator/manager
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Document all repairs performed
• Document all materials used
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
• Other duties given by supervisor, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Collision repair/body shop experience required
• Journey level experience preferred
• Previous Tesla & BMW experience preferred
• I-car a plus
• Completion of vocational program preferred
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

COMPENSATION:

• The Collision Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $31.00 and $35.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

This position pays hourly plus production bonus. Annual Pay Range: $64,480 - $225,000 (based on efficiency)
