Chariot Collision Centers Parts Coordinator

Chariot Collision Centers is looking for an experienced parts coordinator to join our award winning team! The Parts Coordinator position is responsible for locating, ordering, receiving and verifying parts, including parts inventory with the goal of expediting all repairs requiring parts and keeping the cycle time as low as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the Collision Centers
• Locating and procuring parts per the estimate
• Ensure credit is received for returned parts and the part is removed from the repair order
• Ensure parts arrive at the time committed to by the parts provider
• Securing and returning cores on a timely basis
• Notifying estimators, technicians and management of backorder situations

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of experience in a parts sales role
• Must have computer proficiency
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A valid and clean driver's license with no major traffic violations or suspensions
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
