The Collateral Analyst 1 position provides simple valuations of residential and commercial property as well as other collateral that back loan commitments to support underwriting, loss mitigation, repurchases and fulfillment. May also provide lower level collateral support services such as handling field requests, third party vendor engagements, and general support.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for residential and simplistic commercial evaluations and basic consultations to bankers for properties.
• Prepare evaluations in compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
• Prepares detailed reports including descriptions of area and site, market data and investment information.
• Develops market knowledge of real estate values and property developments.
• Provides general collateral support functions, including ordering environmental due diligence, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (no relevant professional level experience required) or relevant banking or real estate industry experience.
• Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies, and foster an inclusive work environment.
