Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea - Beaver Creek Cafe is a cafe and apres lounge at the base of Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Due to the high volume of business VMCT is in need of full and part-time Baristas and Cafe team members. Baristas are responsible for making and serving quality beverages, generally hot and cold espresso drinks, craft coffees, loose-leaf teas, cocktails, beer, and wine. Other duties will include serving freshly baked food items, working the cash register, and cleaning and stocking the cafe. Baristas must enjoy the mountain resort lifestyle while making sure to provide great customer service. We are looking for 20-40 hours a week from our team members during Winter season with the possibility to continue for the Summer season.
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Hourly Pay: $15 - $18.50 / hr. based on experience
Tip Pool: Yes (Avg. $10 - $30 per hour)
Typical start time: 7:00 AM
Typical end time: 5:30 PM
