What is the Position?
PartsBadger is seeking a CNC Programmer to collaborate with a small team of people dedicated to the success of our customers. An ambitious, detail oriented, fast working person will succeed in this role. Things change quickly and processes are being streamlined. Are you able to adapt? Being on the defensive will not help you in this role. You will be working with all kinds of personalities and attitudes and staying positive and understanding will help you achieve success.

Work Environment:
PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in Cedarburg, WI. We are ITAR registered and we have our AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 certifications. Our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends office and production space. Our production is a job shop style rather than large production runs. We work with almost every material available including steels, aluminums, exotics, plastics and more. We continue to develop the layout of our office for idea generation and collaborative work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Day to Day
- CNC Machine Setup & Operation (Turning Centers and VMC Mills)
- CNC Programming
- Quality Control
- Maintain Clean and Organized Work Spaces
- Job Layout and Process Improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Machining Industry Tooling Knowledge
- Experience Programming 3 and 5th Axis Haas and Okuma Lathe CNC Machines
- Experience with Various Programming Software (Mastercam, Esprit, Fusion360 etc.)
- 5 Years Machine Setup Experience
- Ability to Prioritize, and Manage Time Effectively
- Ability to Read Blueprints
- GD&T Knowledge
- Comfortable with Hand Tools
- Efficient Worker
- Attention to Detail and Safety Precautions
Compensation: $28.00-$34.00/hour (Plus any applicable shift premiums)
