Weekend CNC Machinist - Work 36 hours and be paid for 40!

We are currently hiring for Weekend CNC Machinists to work 5am - 5pm Friday - Sunday. Work 36 hours and be paid for 40! Pay is based on experience and we will consider applicants who would like to work part-time.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• Experience in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• In-process inspection skills.
• Stable work history.
• Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn.
• Forklift operation/certification experience preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal or no guidance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

• Operate vertical and /or horizontal machining equipment.
• Make tool changes, offsets and resolve basic problems.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges and clean parts using buffers, belt sanders and rotary tools.
• Calculate and record dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometers or calipers.
• Communicate with quality, engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information.

Hours:

5:00am - 5:00pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Work 36 hours and be paid for 40!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
