Job Summary
Compassionate Home Care is looking for a motivated and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide home care services Monday to Friday during daytime hours. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Sheridan, Wyoming which offers competitive pay. The successful applicant will be responsible for offering the highest quality of compassionate care to clients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a starting pay of $18 to $19 per hour and will be elapsed on a biweekly basis. Benefits include health, dental, supplemental (short term & long term disability), and vision insurance, company paid life insurance, simple IRA with up to a 3% employer match, and PTO.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality personal care to clients in the comfort and safety of their home.
- Help clients with daily tasks that may include grooming, bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Perform domestic services such as food preparation, meal planning, light housekeeping, and errand running.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Attend to client medical care needs including medical appointments when required.
- Collaborate with other Compassionate Home Care team members.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting – home care preferred.
- CPR certification.
- Wyoming State CNA valid certification.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized, multitask and prioritize.
- Effective problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
