Our primary goal is match clients with caregivers, who enable the client to maintain a quality of life, as close as possible to his or her daily routine; thereby, enhancing the client's dignity and minimizing his/her feelings of dependence.

We are looking for a personable and caring individual to work in client homes to provide services related to home health, hospice and palliative medicine, care of children and seniors, home management and health coaching. This position provides care and support to clients who need assistance with daily activities and the candidate will be responsible for such things as cooking nutritious meals, driving the clients to necessary appointments and providing physical and rehabilitation services for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with basic daily tasks and personal hygiene.
• Be able to transport a variety of sizes and weights of patients in a safe manner.
• Communicate efficiently with home health care workers, caregivers, doctors, and other facilities.
• Have knowledge of home health care best practices.
• Perform general maintenance around the home.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• serve counties of Palm Beach, Martin, Okeechobee, Indian River, Broward and St Lucie.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
