Assisting Hands of Potomac is a family-owned business based in Bethesda MD. Assisting Hands Home Care® grew out of a desire to offer our clients personalized non-medical support services in their homes, assisting the elderly, disabled and others needing assistance to maintain quality of life.

Job Description:

This position has primary responsibility for caring for individuals of all ages and needs in wherever home is – a house, rehab facility, hospital, assisted living community or apartment. We serve all of Montgomery County and the northern part of Prince Georges County. Duties include, maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within client's residence, light cleaning of sleeping and living areas, washing client's dishes or laundry, and other tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety for the client. May include assisting the client with personal hygiene, exercise, eating, dressing and shaving, physical transfer and other duties as assigned.

We offer flexible schedules, day shifts & short shifts.

Qualifications:·

Valid and current Maryland CNA License in good standing.

One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.

Good verbal communication skills.

All applicants are subject to background check, TB Test, CPR, Covid and any state or contractually mandated requirements.
