JOB PURPOSE:
- Assist in providing a quality experience for all members and guests.
- To assist in the process of attaining and retaining members by striving to maintain the Ridge culture and Mission Statement at all times.
- To provide a clean and sterile environment throughout all areas of the Club.
- Maintain a tidy and safe workout facility.
- Establishing and maintaining a healthy relationship with members and guests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience:
- Experience working and/or working out in a gym setting a plus.
- Experience in the service industry desired.
- Detail-oriented
- Willing to get your hands dirty.
- Must possess good communication and writing skills.
- Must be able to use or verbally explain proper equipment usage.
- Must have people skills necessary to work effectively with members and have a dynamic personality.
- Must be highly motivated and able to stay on task.
- Must be a proactive problem solver.
- Must be a team player.
- Must look forward to meeting and providing exceptional services to Ridge Members and guests.
- Carrying up to 50 lbs, use of hands, vision, arms, legs and voice.
- Be able to demonstrate basic exercise skills
- Must perform bending, twisting, pulling, reaching, stretching, and training activities.
- The working conditions will be those of an athletic, fast-paced and demanding environment, which at times my have high levels of noise. Will be required to move about the club, both indoors and outdoors.
- Responsible for checking in with the Management team at the beginning of every shift and before you leave for the day.
- Must be willing to approach and address situations with members or guests out on the floor that are not in compliance with Ridge guidelines.
- Schedule will be discussed upon hiring.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR NIGHTS AND WEEKEND SHIFTS

- Club Concierge position includes membership at our facilities (after 6 month employment, concierge may qualify for a couples/family membership).
- Medical insurance, vacation pay, and sick pay are available after 1 year of full time status.
- Sick pay is defined as medical appointments, immediate family illness and bereavement.
- 401k is available after 1000 hours of employment with in 1 year.

- Full Time: Retail cost 20%, Food 20% off, 15% services & programs
