JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Director of Education, the Club Academy Tutor would administer all educational programs for Club Academy program including but not limited to Power Hour, Summer Brain Gain, Developmental Studies Center Curriculum, and one-on-one tutoring in Club. The essential duties and responsibilities listed are not all encompassing. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned throughout year.

Program Development & Implementation
Assist in the continued development of Club Academy program concepts, goals, objectives, and evaluation process.
Maintain constant correspondence with supervisor and parents concerning academic growth of members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Development & Implementation
Assist in the continued development of Club Academy program concepts, goals, objectives, and evaluation process.
- Maintain fun, exciting, interactive environment both in-person as well as in the virtual space.
- Implement incentive-based programs and activities each week.
- Help plan and execute all formal and informal recognition programs
Maintain constant correspondence with supervisor and parents concerning academic growth of members.
- Tutor members in school and after-school at Club location.
- Assist with collection and entry of academic data for K-5 Club Academy members.
- Submit academic data including Report Cards and DIBELS reports to supervisor throughout year.
- At least one year of direct youth service experience and will have a demonstrable record of planning and implementing youth programs. Previous experience working with at-risk youth is preferred, as is a background in education.
- Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, criminal and driving records investigation.
- The successful candidate will work both indoors and virtual. Accordingly, the ability to use a variety of equipment including janitorial and office equipment is required. The job requires the ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects weighing in excess of 25lbs. Outdoor work and moderate physically demanding activities may be required on occasion. The ability to read and write is necessary to complete reports and properly document program and organizational data.
- A valid driver's license and ability to be insured under the company's insurance policy is also a requisite.
