The Clinician is responsible for:
- Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to patients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring disorders participating in Spectrum’s DOC MOUD (Medications for Opioid Use Disorder) program.
- Performing assessments and assessing and evaluating patients’ needs.
- Providing group treatment to patients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.
- Participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning, case reviews, conferences and other meetings as directed.
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field and a minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required.
- Licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC I) or CADAC certification preferred.
- DOC experience preferred.
- Based on a mandate from Massachusetts Department of Corrections, any Spectrum employee working in a MA DOC facility or pursuant to the MOUD Contract must be fully vaccinated and no exemptions are permitted.
