CLINICIAN - $6,000 Sign-On Bonus Job at NFI North, Inc.
This position will conduct assessments, work in collaboration with staff and management team to provide quality service, coordinate discharge, facilitate therapeutic groups, provide clinical guidance to staff, participate in on call rotation, act as liaison with outside providers, ensure quality and compliance with funding source regulations and provide individual counseling as appropriate.
Flexibility, high energy, creativity, computer proficiency and good communication skills are required. Ability to facilitate a positive working and living atmosphere is essential.
A Master’s degree in social work or Human Services and a minimum of three years related experience working with individual’s living with mental health needs. The position requires the person to be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), conditional licensure is accepted.
