Clinical Supervisor (FT)

Seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor responsible for providing supervision to Addiction Clinicians within the Camden County Correction Facility including meeting supervision requirements for evidence-based treatment program that will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) specific to the treatment of substance-abuse for the inmate population. Will also provide administrative supervision and support to staff over the twelve-month contract to ensure that services provided to individuals are in accordance with State and Federal regulations, funding source requirements, agency policies and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring progress of individuals served and ensuring appropriateness of services, making assessments regarding the needs of individual and level of care decisions. Will collaborate with all connecting programs to ensure continuity of care. Develop and implement the program concepts and services, participate in annual budget planning and development sessions; monitor program expenditures and production, expense accounts, to complete monthly and quarterly reports, annual goals and objectives reports as required by the division director and regulatory/authorizing environment.

Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred in Social Work, Education, Human Services, Counseling Psychology, 2-5 years management experience in social/human services agency including supervision, direct services and program planning. The selected candidate must be able to work within a correctional facility. Must have the ability to make decisions, excellent time management skills, attention to details and ability to work independently within established parameters. Must also have strong analytical and problem solving skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and over-all computer skills).Completion of the Investigation Application for the Camden County Department of Corrections is required.

NOTE:

All candidates must have a certificate of completion in the Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse - Mandated and Permissive Reporting in Pennsylvania” on-line training requirements, complete the Investigation Application for the Camden County Department of Corrections, successfully complete and pass all background checks and The selected candidate must be able to work within a correctional facility.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
