The Clinical Quality Indicator Reviewer is responsible for the review and documentation of clinical quality data and related information as required by the hospital’s Performance Improvement Plan. The review includes but is not limited to concurrent and retrospective Core measure indicators. This position provides feedback, support, and education to both providers and clinical unit staff with the primary goal of achieving accountability and compliance with all evidence –based clinical quality measures. Works in conjunction with the Clinical Quality Review Managers, Patient Safety Manager, Risk Manager, and Infection Control Manager, to identify Performance Improvement (PI) opportunities and needs. Is responsible for effectively facilitating performance improvement teams.



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate of an accredited program of nursing, pharmacy, or medical.
  • Associate’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years recent demonstrated hospital/clinical experience in quality performance improvement, informatics, and data extraction & management required
