As a Clinical Pharmacist you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members to improve health quality outcomes (i.e. medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). This is your opportunity to join a pharmacy team with a focus on clinical and business collaboration. This is a hybrid position with some days work from home and some days in the office in Downers Grove, IL. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

If you are within a commutable distance of Downer's Grove, IL, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform telephonic outreach to improve health quality outcomes
• Optimize pharmacy therapy through additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies
• Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion
• Provide responses to drug information requests
• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Coach, provide feedback, and guide others

Required Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in state of IL
• 3+ years of experience working as a licensed Pharmacist
• Patient consultation experience
• Proven ability to navigate MS Office and Windows-based environment
• Must live within a commutable distance of Downer's Grove, IL
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharm D degree
• MTM experience
• Retail and/or mail order pharmacy experience
• Bilingual in English, Spanish, or Mandarin
