To provide medical assistance to the physician in a professional manner and to provide for patients in a caring, efficient and compassionate manner. Handles patient phone calls. Responsible for ensuring that patient record documentation is complete and accurate. Job Requirements: High school diploma. Medical Assistant certification preferred LICENSES, CERTIFICATION AND CREDENTIALS: Must have current CPR certification or obtain no later than 14 days of hire. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience as a medical assistant in an appropriate healthcare setting strongly preferred. -
