Summary of Primary Function/Scope:
The Clinical Lead is a practicing clinician who is willing to oversee accountability management, create engagement, mentor, and provide direct support to a team of clinicians serving patients within the Clinical Lead primary market. Ensuring therapists are fully accountable to meeting IHT standards of quality and patient outcomes is also an essential aspect of the role.
Essential Responsibilities:

Serves as a resource for the company and region-specific onboarding through the first 90-days for the assigned therapist (maximum of 30 therapists) (10%)

Executes accountability management protocols and ensures engagement for all therapists prioritizing those therapists that fall outside the acceptable rating range established and/or C-level performers for the discipline practiced. (15%)

Continues to provide a minimum of 20 patient visits/weekly and serves as back-up for the market when business needs arise. (75%)
Education/Experience:

Current licensure to practice Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy.

Doctor of Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy from an accredited program. Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare preferred.

Three years of management experience in home health or related health care organization.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities:

Keep current with all changes or updates in Medicare regulations or procedures. And update the clinical personnel on such changes.

Maintain membership in the National Professional association.

Interfaces with Clinical Director to resolve any clinical issues when needed.
