We're a premier, state-of-the-art dental practice in Kailua Kona seeking a full or part time Clinical Assistant Coordinator who is energetic, self-motivated and team-focused. Work days will be dependent on your full or part time status. Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform 4-handed chairside treatment to patients directly with the doctors

· Support our doctors and team to ensure the best possible patient outcome

· Strong communication and relationship mastery skills with patients and team members

· Take digital radiographs, make impressions and digital scans

· Chart patient treatment notes, educate patients about treatment

· Infection control, sterilization of instruments, disinfection of equipment

· Laboratory procedures such as model pouring, fabricating and glazing porcelain crowns, making whitening trays

· Schedule patient appointments, answer phones, submit insurance claims and other associated tasks

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the clinical area

• EXPERIENCE: We are seeking an outgoing, long-term candidate who is committed to patient care and wants to grow with our practice. One year formal dental office experience is desired, however, we are willing to train the right person.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Hourly salary is dependent on experience and ability to learn and grow with skills development. An incentive monthly bonus, 401(K), paid time off, dental, health, vision and other benefits are associated with this position. We provide on-site training and continuous support to our employees.
