Just 4 Kids, a specialized pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operation of the Idaho Falls clinic. This position will manage and supervise the operational and administrative functions, activities, and projects of an urgent care clinic.

The following duties describe the role of the Clinic Manager:

• Manages, plans, and coordinates the operations of the clinic.
• Ensures a superior patient experience by embracing the J4K mission and values.
• Monitors staffing levels to determine needs and makes adjustments as necessary to complete work efficiently and oversees monthly staffing schedule.
• Monitors clinical team’s quality of care and provides feedback and training as needed.
• Adheres to all J4K policies and procedures and training of new staff at current clinics and start up clinics.
• Participates in the recruiting, interviewing, orienting, training, promoting, and evaluating of clinic team members.
• Identifies and responds appropriately to personnel issues: training, celebrating, discipline, and merit reviews.
• Plans and executes meaningful staff meetings.
• Proactively works on budget savings and inventory control.
• Provides timely feedback to Medical Director on new staff members and their abilities.

The preferred candidate for the Clinic Manager position will have the following:

• Education in Healthcare Administration or a health-related field preferred with (3) years of job-related experience including (1) one year of supervisory experience.
• Understanding of medical coding and billing
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and others.
• Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate new and current provider staff.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Progressive thinking for budget, training, and quality issues.
• Strong leadership qualities.
