We are seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lincoln City Clinic in Oregon! As an LPN at our clinic, you will work with a healthcare team to provide compassionate, dignified, and respectful primary health care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures
Monitor patients' health and report changes to healthcare providers
Assist with patient education, counseling, and follow-up care
Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records
Perform lab and EKG procedures as necessary
Qualifications:
Current unencumbered Oregon LPN license
Healthcare Provider American Heart Association BLS certification
Previous clinical experience preferred
Lab and EKG experience preferred
