Responsibilities:

The Client Welcome Specialist's essential responsibilities are:

  • Provide an outstanding experience of service and professionalism to our clients, potential clients, and vendors
  • Guide new prospective clients through a needs assessment conversation with the goal of scheduling a sales meeting. Schedule Sales Meetings for new perspective clients via phone calls, web leads, and webinar registrants, and other lead sources and make appointment reminder calls.
  • Proactively send helpful information and resources to new prospective clients that gets them excited to meet with our team.
  • Proactively follow-up with qualified prospective clients that have not followed through with scheduling a meeting.
  • Update our database with accurate information, accurately outlining all details of the client interaction
  • Helping to develop, maintain, and report metrics of the firm's health and ability to provide first-rate client experience and legal services.
  • Actively engaging with management and marketing regarding the quality and volume of leads, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on your "front lines" experience
  • You will empathize with callers who may be in the midst of a challenging or deeply personal situation.
  • You will excel in interpersonal and communication skills, especially by phone and email.


Qualifications

  • You must be effective at having natural conversations with people while selling the value of the appointment
  • You are professional and savvy in telephone communications and create an immediate "10" relationship with people
  • You are goals-oriented and have experience and success in having people take action now
  • You want to have the work you do make a positive difference in the lives of people and their families
  • You are able to meet people where they are and work with them to understand the importance of what they are wanting to accomplish.

Total annual compensation opportunity of over $42,000 per year. Base compensation for this role will be between $16-$18/hr plus additional performance-based earnings for hitting objective targets, along with a competitive benefits package.
