Overview:
The Atlanta office of Avison Young is searching for a Client Services Coordinator to provide support for a team of brokerage professionals and assist with the overall operations of the office. This is an ideal position for an outgoing individual interested in joining an entrepreneurial office that will provide opportunity for continued personal and professional development. This position is 80% Lease administration and 20% Marketing which will require the ideal candidate to pivot between managing the deal process from start to finish and creating marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute real estate activities for Team’s Office Real Estate Portfolio, including leases, building acquisitions / dispositions and site locations
  • Build internal relationships and partner with Team to manage and execute a variety of real estate needs
  • Prepare Proposals, Counter-Proposals, Letter of Intent/Leases, Lease Analysis, and commission agreements for new and existing clients
  • Participate in lease review, manage, and track negotiation and execution progress
  • Compile complex information including aerial maps, market research and property information for inclusion in presentation materials and reports
  • Manage client reporting platforms (i.e. VTS) as well as internal reporting needs based on a number of properties
  • Complete deal transaction forms and commission calculations
  • Organize, prepare, and present Quarterly Reports
  • Track and report all projects while maintaining the flow of documentation and communication between clients and team
  • Maintain all real estate databases, keep data current, and utilize for forecasting
  • Utilize our world class CRM, track prospective clients, and coordinates reporting activities.
  • Work with in-house and outside legal counsel to prepare and analyze transaction documentation
  • Ensure consistent communication, documentation and follow-up withFacilities and Project Management teams, legal counsel, analysts, and external brokers
  • General team support that includes: meeting coordination, expense reports, and transaction documents
  • Prepare marketing materials and presentations
  • Schedule and manage all email marketing and digital marketing communications for a portfolio of properties
  • Assist in the creation and management of property marketing campaigns

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related discipline
  • 3+ years (prefer 5 years min) commercial real estate experience
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning
  • Experience working with business clients to achieve real estate objectives
  • Experience in creating executive level presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Proven financial analysis, lease transaction management and real estate database skills
  • Extremely organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills
