EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience with customer service.
- Basic computer skills that include a combination of experience in e-mail and data entry, as well as the capability to learn the internal information system.

ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Answers, screens and processes medical requests promptly with strict adhearance to confidentiality agreements, policies and procedures.
- Works directly with the sales team to provide information that pertains to the referring physicians’ relationship with the organization.
- Works within the information system to document all calls, issues and requests. Information should be concise, accurate and thorough.
- Works directly with the laboratory team to problem solve issues quickly.
- Ability to manage and fill supply requests promptly and accurately.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
- Directs referring physicians to the appropriate physician and/or department when fielding calls.
- Responds to callers in a polite and professional manner.
- Supports organizational changes and demonstrates flexibility in providing coverage when needed.
- Other duties and special projects that are assigned by management.
