CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR
Client Service Representatives (CSR) play an important part in the experience a pet and its human have at an emergency veterinary hospital. They must welcome new clients, answer multi-line phones, check in/check out clients, all while keeping a calm, pleasant attitude in even the most stressful of situations. They also help in the success of the hospital by processing payments efficiently and collecting on old accounts.
Emergency Veterinary Clinic Okaloosa-Walton, Inc. is seeking caring and talented client service representatives who are looking to join the fast-paced world of a growing emergency veterinary hospital on the beautiful Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida. We value bright, energetic people who can both self-start and work seamlessly in a team environment.
Here is What You May Bring To the Position:
High School Diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
- Professional, friendly, upbeat attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Veterinary experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Avimark software preferred, but not required
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented, motivated and compassionate
- Skilled in customer service and complaint resolution
- Ability to perform basic financial transactions
- Ability to maintain cash drawer, including nightly reconciliations
- Availability for nights, weekends and all holidays
