Our in-house software “DOPE 2.0” allows business owners to send automated direct mail with no minimum order that delivers anywhere in the country in 4-7 days. Our offerings range from postcards, handwritten notes and gift/goodies boxes that can be sent to one contact OR to the neighbors of a job, 100% automated.

At DOPE, we help our customers connect our DOPE 2.0 software to their CRM and assist them in getting more jobs, more reviews and more referrals from the neighbors of their current jobs. The strategies we help our clients with are called “DOPE Playbooks” which include designs, automations, and traditional marketing strategies that make all of this happen automatically, without adding more work to the business owner's plate.

The Onboarding team lead is a vital member of the team and is responsible for getting clients acclimated, trained and onboarded to our DOPE 2.0 software.

After the sales team helps the client pick the right package for their business, the onboarding team lead helps the client to start the postcard design process, connect to the clients CRM, set up automations and get the client ready to use the DOPE 2.0 software.

The on boarding team leads work directly with account executives to ensure our clients have a successful partnership with DOPE Marketing

This is an entry level position for professionals with experience in client success, customer service, customer onboarding and customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients onto the DOPE 2.0 software
  • Assisting clients through the postcard design process
  • Connecting clients CRM to the DOPE 2.0 software
  • Assisting clients with questions about the DOPE 2.0 software

DOPE Marketing prides itself on communication. You will go through 2 weeks of onboarding and training to get you acclimated with the DOPE 2.0 software, Hubspot and the other internal systems used at DOPE.

Our tech stack includes; Hubspot, Zapier, Monday.com, Slack, and the Google Suite.

This position will provide overall support for general day to day of client onboarding. The person in this role will be working with multiple departments and members of the leadership team to complete their goals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong computer proficiency; Google Workspace Apps, and HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable CRM experience required in required, but preferred

Strong communication skills

Ability to learn new and/or research new processes, practices, technology and techniques

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize

Capable of working concurrently on several projects and meeting strict deadlines

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously to set and achieve targeted goals

Pay: $56,129.11 - $65,779.14 per year
