Overview: The Client Service Associate works as a generalist within the Buckingham Strategic Wealth client service team to complete essential back office functions. Their primary responsibilities are to provide additional support to the teams through timely/accurate delivery of any client requests, and assisting in the verification/completion of all pending work assigned to the team and to assist with team projects throughout the year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

• Process monetary transactions through the custodial websites
• Create custodian paperwork for new account/processing requests for advisory teams and clients promptly and accurately
• Partners with team members to monitor and provide status updates on CRM cashiering & maintenance cases
• Monitors alerts from all custodians and distributes to CRS/Advisory team
• Enter integral data into our core systems (Salesforce/Orion)
• To serve as back up for Client Relationship Specialists
• To deliver reports to Advisory teams and clients

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 1 + years Client service experience

Other Qualifications

• Ability to multi task and prioritize with great attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player – must strive to be a collaborative, valued member of the team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Exceptional problem resolution skills
